The first EVER I've seen (in times recent, on spaceweather.com),....

The Kp index has hit the unsettled >4 scale.  The index is a relative measurement and scale of the Earth's magnetic readings.

Perhaps this is why the HAARP Fluxgate Magnetometer  http://137.229.36.30/cgi-bin/magnetometer/gak-mag.cgi  is going crazy?
