Wow. Those articles certainly leave more questions unanswered than not. The original incident happened in 2008. Are the pair just now being arrested? Says that a co-worker blew the whistle on them. Did that co-worker just now get around to mentioning the incident to the police? Or maybe it took the police three years to gather sufficient evidence?  017
