Montana's Open Government laws are being violated with the 'guarded' command center set up by Feds/Exxon, so Governor Schweitzer has divorced Montana from them.  Exxon has already been caught out in some lies, citizens and the press are being shooed away from viewing the mess, reminiscent of the Gulf scenario last year.

Most Montanans trust Federal Govt officials about as far as they could toss them, and Montanans are still paying with both money and health problems for cleanups of the messes left from a century of resource extractions done in an unnecessarily destructive and polluting manner.

Go Gov. Schweitzer!

Montanans don't trust the Feds?

Now we all know the Feds treat all 50 states just the same.  If this oil spill had happened in California, I'm sure that Californians would be getting the same treatment that Montana is currently receiving.

California - 55 electoral votes

Montana - 3 electoral votes
