This 4.0 is the highest nagbutyde but there have been many more recent eq in this area--possibly related to gas exploration or just a natural swarm.

. . . .  Several small earthquakes . . . have rattled . . . north-central Arkansas city of Greenbrier and nearby Guy this week. The U.S. Geological Service has reported 29 in the area since Sunday, and 700 quakes have hit the region in the past six months.

Magnitude  4.7  2011/02/28 05:00:50    35.265 -92.344  3.8 (depth)   ARKANSAS
    Lots of smaller magnitude Arkansas quaking continue.
    The area of these Arkansas quakes is about the same latitude as the 5.2 quake by Crete earlier today.

(Also there was a 3.1  in nearby Texas where quakes don't often occur.  Just seems unusu imho.)
